Questions about Event Management
How much does event management cost?
Intimate events for up to 50 guests are ₹25,000, corporate events for up to 150 guests are ₹60,000 and brand launches are ₹1,00,000 (excl. GST). Large events are 12% of the total event budget. Vendor costs are billed at actual cost.
Do you only coordinate on the day?
We can. Day-of coordination is ₹20,000 (excl. GST) if you have already planned the event.
Can you promote the event online?
Yes. We combine event management with social media promotion and coverage before, during and after the event.
How early should I contact you?
As early as possible, especially for venues and large events. Book a free call and we will tell you what is realistic for your date.
